Introducing the Rad-Air 6f™Infrared Dryer which provides high efficiency state-of-the-art radiant electric infrared drying for direct mail inkjet printers. The Rad-Air 6f™ Direct Mail Infrared Dryer improves product quality and increase production speeds for a competitive edge.
Rad-Air 6f™ Infrared Dryer units are compact requiring less space than conventional drying units and are fabricated of heavy gauge aluminized steel material making them rugged and able to withstand industrial use. The unique energy efficient metallic heating elements provide uniform heating and reach operating temperatures within seconds offering up to 90% efficiency. The Integral fan provides convection air for faster drying of inks, especially waterbase inks. The dryer modules are only 7 ¾” wide and 6 ½” deep and 20” long with 18" heating elements & 6 ft. power cable, standard angle mounting brackets. Custom RAMB mounting brackets available for simple Drop On Installation.
A solid-state power controller offers variable heater power control to provide precise process temperature preventing overheating the substrates. System requires 240 volts, 1 phase electrical.

Reduce Emissions – Rad-Air 6f™ radiant electric infrared heaters help to eliminate on-site emissions associated with fuel combustion in burning fossil fired fuel hot-air ovens and dryers such as NOx, CO and CO2 emitted with gas combustion. No hydrocarbons are produced when using electro technologies such as radiant electric (IR) infrared heating.
