Electric radiant heat and high velocity impinged air promote fast drying of inks, coatings and adhesives, especially waterbase materials on most flexographic presses and other types of web presses. Rugged Construction- DRI's drying units feature a unique multi-plenum design and are of welded heavy guage aluminized steel and structural steel tubular frames, constructed to make them rugged and able to withstand industrial use.

Custom Controls

Process Controls- DRI's drying systems are furnished with an electrical process control panel, for controlling heater output, air velocity and interlocks and drying units with the press or converting machinery. DRI radiant electric drying systems are designed for a myraid of applications for most web printing and converting eqipment and are available for webs from 10" to 200" wide. Some units can also be adapted to non-web applications, such as conveyorized drying systems and can be easily adapted to existing coating line with conveyors.
