Rad-Air heaters are compact requiring less space than conventional drying units and are fabricated of heavy gauge aluminized steel making them rugged and able to withstand industrial use. Unique energy efficient metallic heating elements provide uniform heating and reach operating temperatures within seconds and offer 90% efficiency. The radiant heat is combined with air provides faster drying, especially waterbase inks, coatings, adhesives, etc.. The Rad-Air heater modules available in widths up to 16" and are available in heated lengths form 10" up to 75“ long –custom lengths available. An optional solid-state SCR power controller offers reliable power control to provide precise process temperature preventing overheating the substrates.
