Series 40 Infrared Heaters
Versatility, Quality, Performance.
Operates at temperatures up to 1500° (2.6 micron-peak)

  • Series 40 heaters have face plates of Corning Vycor®.
  • Vycor® face plates are supplied in sections - not welded.
  • Series 40 heaters are 2 3/4" w x 2" deep.
  • Can be repaired by customer.
  • Improved wiring outlets offer greater versatility.
  • Improved mounting brackets make installation easier.
  • Series 40 heaters can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
  • Heats up to processing temperatures in 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Series 40 heaters can be supplied with a Type K thermocouple installed.
