This unique infrared heater speeds drying of waterbase inks applied with Flexo & Inkjet printers. Ideal for labels, forms, etc. Can be used for auxiliary or final drying on most narrow web presses.

FSA Rad-Air™ dryers are compact requiring less space than conventional drying units and are fabricated of heavy gauge aluminized steel making them rugged and able to withstand industrial use. The unique energy efficient metallic heating elements provide uniform heating and reach operating temperatures within seconds offering better than 90% efficiency. Integral fans provide convection air for faster drying of inks, especially waterbase inks. The heater units are available from 8” to 16” heated (other widths available). Heaters can be easily be installed on most printers in minutes. Includes stainless protective face screen, light weight aluminized steel housing with hinged heatshield with web slot, 6 ft. metal-flex power cable provided. Includes a solid-state SCR power controller for variable heater control providing precise process temperature preventing overheating of substrates. Fan & Interlock connections provided.
