Introducing the SlimLine™ Radiant Infrared Inkjet Dryer which provides high efficiency state-of-the-art radiant electric infrared drying for inkjet and other printing applications. The SL Series heaters increase production speeds and improve product quality for a competitive edge.
SlimLine™ Infrared drying units are compact requiring less space than conventional drying units and are fabricated of heavy gauge aluminized steel making them rugged and able to withstand industrial use. Unique energy efficient metallic heating elements provide uniform heating and reach operating temperatures within seconds offering better than 90% efficiency. Internal fans provide convection air for faster drying of inks, especially waterbase inkjet inks. Dryer units are only 5 ¾" wide and 9" high and are available in heated lengths 12" up to 80".
A custom solid-state SCR power controllers offers reliable heater power control to provide precise process temperature an air velocity control makes this unit even more efficient and the machine interlock insures safe operation.
SlimLine Radiant Infrared Dryer Installation
Reduce emissions - SL Series radiant electric heaters help to eliminate on-site emissions associated with fuel combustion in burning fossil fired fuel hot-air ovens and dryers such as NOx, CO and CO2 emitted with gas combustion. No hydrocarbons are produced when using electrotechnologies such as radiant electric (IR) infrared heating.
